Devin enjoys creating and supporting lasting programs at institutions that offer unique experiences for all of those partake in them. Some highlights from his 15+ year professional tenure across sales, entertainment, and non-profit fundraising:
Mr. Dobson has been personally responsible for the non-profit funds raised in excess of 25 million dollars over his tenure in the non-profit arena, primarily in higher education. He has directly managed assets and client portfolios in excess of 100 million across multiple industries.
He has been a keynote speaker, training facilitator, host, and guest lecturer at several Universities and corporations for over 15 years. Topics ranging from inspirational faith-based content to sales optimization and from fundraising techniques to personal development seminars.
Devin has also been featured in several media outlets, tv shows, and news programs as an actor, author, model, activist and spokesman. His standout appearance as himself in 10 episodes of the award-winning series "Relative Race" was a featured follow-up to his on-screen presence as a football coach in HBO's Paterno, starring Al Pacino in the Emmy-nominated TV movie.
Devin was proud to become the first Black major gift officer in the 150+ year history of Lehigh University, where in 2007 he received his undergraduate degrees in Business and Theatre, and later obtained his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2021.
He has coached dozens of individual corporate executives, community leaders, activists, youth sports and academic participants, and educational professionals.
